Business Development Manager - PropTech
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (£60k OTE)

Job description
An award winning conveyancer are in the process of developing new and unique conveyancing solutions that are targeted at the estate agent sector.
Their goal in 2021 is to continue to take this new conveyancing proposition to market.
My client are therefore looking for a Business Development Manager who will be able to:
Confidently identify prime networking opportunities within the estate agency space
Introduce estate agents and other potential partners to our new proposition which will clearly differentiate us in the market
Sign up estate agencies into referral partnerships so that they proactively introduce their clients to us for their sale and purchase conveyancing
Conduct business with both senior management and local staff within the estate agency sector.
About you:
A self-motivated and charismatic individual with strong business development experience, ideally gained in the estate agency sector
At least 4-5 years business-to-business sales experience is essential for success in this opportunity
Confident winning new business and converting prospective opportunities to committed partnerships
Proven track record in business development and the ability to target a relevant network analytical, project management and written skills, able to prepare proposals and follow up on the implementation of initiatives
Ability to work in a dynamic, structured and result driven environment with a significant bonus element
A collegiate individual willing to work with all levels of staff to ensure that our business development effort is of the highest quality.
Although our office is in Richmond (London), the role will involve extensive business travel to meet with estate agents, primarily within North West Region, albeit may be based on virtual meetings for the immediate future.
Working from our office is optional and many of our current team only visit once per month, so proximity to Richmond is not required.
